At Algotic.io we stand behind our products, and your satisfaction with them is important for us. Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we issue refunds case by case basis only. A refund has to be requested within 14 days of a purchase order. Our sales and support will solve your issue, and if you are not satisfied, we will issue a refund.
